Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Zones & Rates We currently ship within Chile. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in selected regions)

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Damages & Lost Packages NOIR is not responsible for packages lost or damaged once handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
